Morons.

They've since redacted almost 80% of it.

Good going FBI, nothing suspicious here at all.

I actually read the entire thing when it first leaked, they've since redacted a lot of it and covered important areas too.

Long story short, the biggest thing is pretty much that there were several officers who were reported by witnesses of the shooting were later found out during the Rampart scandal as being on the payroll of Suge Knight's 'Death Row'. These officers were barely investigated despite them unable to backup their claims of not being anywhere near the vicinity that night. All of these officers after Rampart were found to be among the most corrupt. Also it suggests a link between key people who were present the night Biggie was murdered to be there the night Tupac was murdered in Las Vegas.

The FBI had more than enough information to proceed with arrests, but they didn't even interview suspects because pretty much they were officers, and that they were worried it would open a big corruption chapter in the LAPD.

Embarrassing to read. Two mothers lost their sons and these government officials are keeping quiet.

Oh yeah and a little research on the three particular officers who were suspected as being behind the Biggie murder by witnesses and info but were not even interviewed by the LAPD but later found out be big players in the Rampart scandal as well as on Suge Knight's payroll, well their rap sheet since reads like this.

Nino Durden - In 2000, he was charged with framing and attempting to murder a gang member whilst an officer. Amongst other charges.

Rafael Perez - Charged in 2000 with federal charges ranging from selling almost a million dollars worth of cocaine confiscated by the LAPD, attempted murder, bank robbery amongst other things.

David Mack - Charged and sentenced to 14 years due to a variety of offenses including robbery.

Real stand up guys. I mean...of course you wouldn't even investigated them despite witnesses placing them on the scene....just look at how clean they are.

Yeah, I hate conspiracy theories, but it's a very real possibility that Suge Knight killed Biggie. Some people claim he killed Pac too, which is BS...

Thanks for posting, pretty cool (in a sad, tradgedy sort of way).

Thanks to the Rampart Scandal no one will ever be arrested for either murder. That shit gets deep.

You have the link to the non-redacted version?
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

There's no link to it man. It's from the exact same thing but nothing was covered up.

If you click the link now you'll see a lot of names and info covered up with a white square box.

New York Post even had a report on it, I hope it gets more media attention, they clearly highlight how the FBI have since redacted quite a lot of it.

And i'm completely serious :y:

These guys are smart, they just choose which crimes they just want to investigate for the hell of it, and which they want proceed and actually take action on. Smart doesn't equal fair.

These guys are the most corrupt motherfuckers you'll ever see, ever since their beginnings with Hoover. They've always bended the truth and hid info and only proceeded with convictions that truly fit their agenda.

The FBI would have known probably a day after Biggie's death who was responsible.

Puff Daddy knows this as well. It's one of the biggest urban legends in hip hop that he knows exactly who the killers are but he has never stood up and spoken because he's in fear. Out of respect for Biggie, no one has gone at Puffy for this, except 50. And that was ugly, and caused a massive stir here.

Who shot Biggie Smalls?
We don't get em
They gonna kill us all
Man Puffy know who hit that n1gger
Man that nigger soft
He scared them boys from the
Westside'll break him off
Dump on his ass
So he run to Harlem shake em off
