A single normally has a music video, promotion, talk, radio play, etc. A physical product too.

This had nothing.

I imagine it just charted on iTunes sales alone. When Re-Fill first dropped on iTunes a lot of people probaby just bought this track.

"Elevator" was the second single released on December 15, released the same day as "Hell Breaks Loose".

Yeah it was just a promotional single not an official one. Like for example when Relapse was released they released 3am, Old Time's Sake and Beautiful on itunes week by week leading up to Relapse just for promotional reasons.
