Him and Ex are working on another album that's supposed to drop this year after NoYork!. It's supposedly halfway done.

He's a decent producer himself so I don't understand why he salvages these shitty beat tapes. And another thing is the shitty quality on alot of his music. His self-produced GodLeeBarnesLP would have been his best album if it was actually mixed. Who the hell releases an album in a condition like that? Lmfao

I would fuck a monkey and purposefully contract AIDS to get a CDQ of that album.

If I was a "Hip Hop Jehovah's Witness" and went door to door converting people to hip hop, and was only allowed to carry one album with me, it'd be Kanye's Late Registration. Here's why...

-The production is amazing. The beats are classic, it has jazz influences infused throughout, and is one of the most beautiful-sounding albums out.
-It touches on practically every major theme in hip hop. Want socially conscience rap? Listen to Heard Em Say, Crack Music, or Diamonds From Sierra Leonne. Want a banger or radio jam? Gold Digger or Gone. Need to get motivated? Touch The Sky. Want some meaningful personal tracks? Bump some Roses, Hey Mama, or Addiction. Need to chill out? Drive Slow or We Major are great.
-The features are great. Not only do you get to hear, Jay-Z, Common, Nas, Cam'ron, and Lupe Fiasco, but you also can see how rap works well cross-genre by the Jamie Foxx, Brandy and Adam Levine collabs.
-Sampling is a key aspect of hip hop, and Late Registration delivers. The Shirley Bassey sample on Diamonds is eerie and amazing. The Otis Redding sample on Gone is awesome.

^^ I just brought my first Kanye west's album "The Late Registration" yesterday and it's pretty good so far but I have to listen to West's more often to see how much I'd truely like the album.

kanye's album have that modern sound,you dont give that to somebody who u wanna get to hip hop,its misleading them,kanye comes on later when he is already in to hip hop.

Half of the songs on Relapse are better then all of Talib Kweli's songs when it comes to multis. I'm sorry but that's something Relapse cannot be criticized for.

Stay Wide Awake, for example, is a song that demolishes a good portion of songs (multi-wise).

Maybe not half the songs on Relapse but I stand by my statement that SWA is one of the best songs multi-wise.

Solace and Spyder both wrote verses with the same rhyme scheme as the second verse and they were both better imo.

And no, forcing words that don't rhyme with an accent while randomly rapping lines that are not connected with each other at all except for him raping and killing someone is not good.
