Yeah man, I kinda know what you're talking about. My freshman year of college, I drank soda every meal and like 4/5 Mountain Dews a day. Made my skin gross. I forced myself to not drink any soda for months. When I finally took a sip, it tasted nasty, so sweet. I've slipped up, but this is kinda inspiring me to stop drinking it again.

Try getting a replacement food to eat whenever you feel hungry. Like, munch on pecans or fruit or sunflower seeds. I know it's way easier for me to say it than for you to do it, but you CAN do it. Seriously, start today. Whenever I decide to start something health-wise, I always tell myself "Oh, I'll start tomorrow." Never works, you gotta start immediately. Good luck!
