The only conspiracy that makes some kind of sense is 2Pac's. I still think he's dead but I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss that conspiracy.

Also, these files are now useless. The only reason the Biggie file was proper is because it was leaked and/or accidentally released, so we saw it the way they saw it but they've since redacted and whited out all the important info, so we don't get to see exactly what we need to see.

I don't think we'll ever know who killed Tupac, because unlike Biggie's murder, there isn't enough information for us about it. I'm certain though that the FBI knows who killed Tupac.
