Favorite Nas album?

Postby FreeSpeech » Apr 22nd, '11, 00:01

Mine is God's Son by far. Best beats IMO, very diverse subject matter, dope lyrics as always, and tons of my favorite Nas songs are off it.

The Cross
Made You Look
I Can
Book Of Rhymes
Mastermind
Warrior Song
Dance Heaven
^All some of my top Nas songs.

Back when I first heard it, I listened to it 24/7 :D

It Was Written.

It has one of my all time favorite Hip Hop songs on it; The Message.

Plus his songs on It Was Written show a more prolific writer than he was during Illmatic, especially in the story telling category.

God's Son definitely. The subject matter alone puts it above his other albums.
