New Loso mixtape

Postby stillmatic » Apr 22nd, '11, 05:16

Anyone heard it? Just finished listening to it, and it's good like most of what 'Loso does and it has the same inconsistencies that he's had for 10 years in hip hop, but that's just his style.

My favourite track from it, it's that NY shit. LOVING the classic AZ sample, if you can recognize it, you're a true G hip hop fan. Banks shines again, give him the NY throne already.

Holy shit, just been listening to that track I put up about 5 times in a row, paying real attention to the words, and Banks fucking MURDERS 'Loso and Vado. And I mean murder to the point where 'Loso should actually hold his head down, because he got annihilated on his own shit. Fuck! What a verse. One of the best of the year, hands down.

I thought it was quite boring :zipped:

The beats are cool and there are a few good songs on it but nothing to make me listen again. I have never really been into Fabolous' music so I don't know if this was the 'album' to check out. The same can be said about Currensy's mixtape with The Alchemist although I found his rapping more interesting.

Fabolous is Fabolous.

He always has some some dope tracks, some good easy listening tracks, and the rest will be for his other audience, the pop Southern audience.

Every release of his, I've ended up keeping about 4-6 tracks, and the rest get the cut. I blame it on the company he keeps, he's always been influenced by the shit hip hop company he's kept.

When he wants to be, he's dope. He's cool though cause he knows his place in hip hop.

He used to have some pretty good tracks, I really liked Breathe but now he just bores me.
