^ I'm gonna listen to that album over the next couple days. Like i've said I'm not saying their garbage, from what i've heard their your average underground hip-hop group, I haven't listened to a whole album of theirs. I'm not doubting their lyrical skills or anything like that i'm talking about their music. Every album Kanye put out is at the very least 8/10 (other than 808's). Plus The Blueprint and Late Registration are pretty much universally known as 2 of the greatest produced hip-hop albums ever, you could also throw in College Dropout. I am going to listen to more of Vinnie Paz though but comparing the two is pretty stupid with them having completely different styles.

Lol at 'gems like Can't Tell Me Nothin'... Good beat.. terrible fucking song. One of the worst series of song lyrics I've heard from a well-known artist.

Anyway.. Kanye isn't considered one of the greatest because he's not. He has a few tracks where his verses shine, and does well on features generally.. but his songs (including the newest album) just aren't good in my eyes. I never even really liked his production beside maybe half of his first albums. 808's and MBDTF are packed with terrible beats imo.
