I never frequent these big ass discussion threads anticipating new Eminem because pretty much nothing gets talked about, it's just "I hope _______ is on it" "I hope he doesn't do ______" "I hope he talks about _____" & then somehow a argument starts, dies down after 2 pages & then the cycle goes back around again until the shit actually drops or something new happens & this is forgotten.

Lol It means the opposite of what you said. Who are we to say he won't out out an album at the end of the year? Personally I don't believe he ever planned on releasing one that soon, however, it's not impossible for him to do so, if he's got the right idea and the perfect songs.
