Psycho = Relapse 2?

I said this in another thread. If Relapse 2 was anything like Psycho then it would have been better than Relapse (I like Relapse).

Eminem's verses on Psycho are his best in 2009. Yes... even better than Drop The World. The shit he spit in that song is Stay Wide Awake level. Maybe, even better

The rhyming is more than impressive. The flow is so smooth and calm, it just puts a smile on my face. I can fall asleep to that song even though he was talking about killing. I love when he does that sing-song flow. His delivery is perfection. THAT'S the delivery I want. This song is disproves the "if Em didn't use an accent on Relapse, the songs wouldn't work". Yes it can. Sure... he can't rhyme "you" with "squeal" but he can still make a serial killing song with that voice. It's actually better, imo. This makes it even worse that he scrapped R2.

Eminem was definitely a better technical rapper in this era. Hopefully, we get a mix of Relapse era technicalities with Recovery era content/substance and something new.

P.S. 50 kept up with Em. Neck-to-neck like a Bad Meets Evil song.

Psycho was such a fucking slick track. Every time I listen to songs like this now I get short term nostalgia of Relapse Em, and now I think "Damn, we're never going to get to see him like that again". I could say the same thing about 99-03 Em, but this is different. I was actually a hardcore fan and listening to him during this phase, back in his prime I only knew 'of' Eminem. What makes it even worse is that I hated the Relapse phase and now I miss it. I'm probably going to say the same thing about Recovery when it's all over, too.

Anyways, everything about this was on-point. His verses alone are catchy and 50 brings it too. One of my favorite tracks from that era.

I'd take his entire Relapse style over Recovery/post Recovery anyday, I never complained about the accent even though it is kinda annoying I loved the multis & content.
Psycho is fucking great, i'm usually not a fan of 50 but he goes the fuck in on this too. My favorite Eminem songs are this sick psycho shit whether it's original Shady from 97-01 or Relapse Era.

Psycho represents a better version of Relapse , And the rhyming was simply spectacular :

But I don't agree with Relapse over Recovery...but definitely Encore.

I really love it because it has all the insane rhyming with the accent really died down. Perfect mix. This was also one of the rare songs that 50 did good on.
