Eminem to headline Kanrocksas Music Festival 2011

He should have just done a tour this summer. I don't get what the difference is. Either way, he's away from home a lot. Plus, all these festivals are pretty expensive. Kanrocksas doesn't seem that bad, especially when they put on sale the one day tickets, but all the others are so much. Bonnaroo is basically a thousand dollars a person when you get the tickets and camping and food tickets. I live close to TN, but no way can I afford to go to that.

Yeah, Bonnaroo has a ton of good acts, but it's still so expensive. I mean, I'd love to be able to see Eminem, Lil Wayne, Atmosphere, Wiz Khalifa, and J. Cole all in the same week, but I can't afford the gas, camping, tickets, food, etc. Plus, camping outside for a week in the June heat? Not my thing really.

Exactly. You don't just have to pay for the tickets, you have to have enough money for all of these other expenses. I'm a broke college student lol. If he were to go on tour I would pay for a ticket in a second. Going to one of these festivals would be cool, and it would be cool to see all the other acts. But really I could do without. If I could actually afford to go to one of the festivals and distance wasn't a problem, the only reason I would be going is to see Em.

Yeah, I don't get why he doesn't just do his own summer tour. At least I would be able to afford that, unlike a $215 ticket for Lolla. I hope he and his shady ass management realize not all of his fans are made of money.
