That doesn't prove shit other than your fanboy ramblings.

Food and Liquor hell even The Cool or true modern classics as well. As far as flow, really listen to Switch and tell me Lupe doesn't have flow, lol. And he may have better punchlines than Lupe, but Lupe's not a punchline rapper, even calling him that is an insult to Lupe.

Death Is Certain >>>>>

Royce calls himself a flow rapper and rightfully so. He has the one of the flows ever. Listen to "The Most Interesting Man" and eat your words. Lupe looks amateur in that aspect.

Royce's flow on DIC isn't even that good, he started to develop his flow around his Bar Exam series, before that, his flow was pretty generic.

Food & Liquor > Anything Royce has ever made.

Royce's flow wasn't generic on DIC. Compared to his flow now it's inferior but it was still a good flow. DIC is a classic for different reasons.

Death Is Certain > Lupe Fiasco.

P.S. That punchline wasn't that good. But, I never said Lupe sucked at punchlines, I just said that Royce can rival him in that aspect.

I apologize for neglecting TR, life has been too demanding.

Not that good? Hm, OK, fair nough. Royce has the occasional good punch, yeah. But Royce's punches are just alright in general. His expertise is his flow, I'll give him that. Royce's flow is better than Lupe's flow. But, overall, as an emcee, Royce is in noway better than Lupe.

I was away at the time, lol.

@ Master Chief that was a decent punchline nothing great, but again Lupe isn't a punchline rapper. His double entendres are insane though

Lupe's mixtapes>Royce da 5'9 career. ( He does have some really good songs there btw OOH, Outty 5000, Failure)

Rhyme-wise, Royce absolutely crushes Lupe.

Yeah, Lupe has better wordplay and concepts but skill-wise Royce is the superior emcee. Also, Royce's delivery is much more strong, aggresive and clear.

@Prez, No. And yes, I have heard ALL of his mixtapes. Bar Exam series > Lupe's mixtapes.

So ''skill-wise'' only pertains rhyme schemes? Wordplay and concepts don't belong to skill? Interesting...

It is funny how you call Royce a superior emcee based on just his rhymes. And he doesn't crush him in the rhyme category...

Delivery, flow and rhyme schemes go to Royce. Those are 3 of the most important elements of rapping. Rappers can go whole careers without wordplay.

Lupe is a decent rhymer while Royce is a top tier rhymer.

Wordplay is a part of skill, and Lupe changes his delivery as well. His delivery on Streets on Fire, The Instrumental, Little Weapon is completely different from something like Daydreaming.

Did you actually listen to them and not just skim through them, and took the time to break down his double entenderes and the meaning of certain songs, because you're not going to enjoy Lupe if all you do is run through his catalagoue treating him like some worthless punchline rapper. I'm not going to lie and say I listened to all of Royce's material, cause I haven't but from what I heard, I wasn't that impressed tbh.

I know wordplay is a skill, I never said otherwise. Ok, cool. But, Royce has a better delivery. Stronger and clearer.

I know the meaning of his songs. It's not that hard to figure most of them out. I like Lupe, I just act like I hate him so slimshadylappin can cry. I like Lupe's wordplay and punchlines and I love his concepts, Streets On Fire is an amazing song. I'm just saying Royce CAN rival him in the punchlines department.

Oh and listen Death Is Certain, BE2 and Street Hop.
