Well Lupe's punchlines aren't amazing to begin with, his double entendres are another story though.

Lupe's voice pisses me off at times, but his delivery is fine. At least Slimshadylappin knows that you don't really hate him, and wont kill himself now because of it.

I always class double/triple entendres as punchlines, though. A good punchline would require wordplay and a double entendre. Yes, a punchline can have no wordplay and still be a punch, but having double entendres in your bars could equate to having punchlines.
