I could honestly say that E-40 is not better than Wacka Flocka or Gucci Mane. It's close but damn the dude really fucking sucks. Def. not better than Soulja Boy. SB is 100x times better than E-40.

^Yes he is, maybe not in terms of rap skills but in terms of listen-ability. Atleast they have beats and a fit-for-the-radio voice to keep me occupied while I'm cringing at them rhyming "drunk" with "drunk". E-40 sounds like a fucking clown.

I hear that voice on the radio all the time, he's popular here too. I just really don't see what's separating him from being paired with the likes of them. I classify a bad rapper as Lil' Wayne when he's half assing it, but E-40 is just terrible. Everything about him. Like, really, I don't see any aspect of him that doesn't completely suck except maybe some hooks.
