You see a portal in front of you

A circular portal in a size fit for a typical human being to walk through appears in front of your computer screen. You don't know what it leads to, the only thing you see in it is a bunch of spiraling, indescribable colors that you've never seen before.

You can pop your head in to see what's inside of it, but who knows what that would do? It might just torch your head right off. You could stick your hand in it, but it might suffer the same fate. You could just walk through it, but who knows if you'll be granted the chance to ever come back if you do so. You could just carry on and go back to browsing your daily life away on TRShady, but there's a gigantic spiraling portal infront of your computer screen.

What do you do?
