Well, really I understand. It's something that can only be used in a way that annoys people unless it's something short, like a sound effect and such (And even that can be annoying if you go to the same page constantly). On that one day where the use of it POLARIZED I was just discouraged to go into the Hip Hop Domain.

Should not be bannable in backstage or chit chat, outside of there it should depend on the circumstances. If you post one in the middle of a serious debate than you get a warning, if you post it in some thread where everyone is fucking around anyways than it should be fine unless it's overly offensive since there's some real pussies on here.
