It's a fucking steroided up hulk of a game, where you play as some kind of mutated Barry Bonds who wields a fucking "chainsaw gun", like seriously you could not make this shit up. I aint interested in playing games where you just kill everything because you are a psychopathic fuckjob, I prefer interesting ideas, fun gameplay, I don't care how realistic the processor can make the gore look.

I agree with the last statement, though I don't exactly know what fits your criteria of innovative games. I used to be a fan of FPS but it got to monotonous and every FPS is pretty much the same nowadays replicating the last, it's fucking annoying. I've always been a fan of open ended RPGS though, so I dunno. Oh and fighting games, loll

Only FPS that I really like is the Half Life series and TF2 before they butchered it with the retarded side bonuses and pretty much ruined it.
