It's in my top 3 of the year so far, along with W.A.R. & Oneirology.
I think it actually topped everyone's expectations, even after that many years of being delayed.
The album doesn't have a bad track. The lyrics are "toned down", as everyone was expecting a hardcore street album. However, this is by no means a bad thing. Saigon shows that he has matured, both lyrically & musically. The rhyming is as superb as ever, he has a really great flow & his subject matter reflects on stuff that is still very relevant nowadays. The features were great, although I must say I wasn't too fond of Jay-Z's verse on 'Come On Baby', to me he sounded lazy. Black Thought shined on 'Too Long', hats off to him.
The production on the album is great as well. Just Blaze is one of my favorite producers, and his chemistry with Saigon is amazing. It has a very soulful sound, and compliments Sai's lyrics well.
Basically the only complaint I could have concerning this album is that in some of the songs the beat somewhat drowns out the vocals, however this isn't a major issue.
Overall, this is an amazing album, well worth the wait. Saigon & Just Blaze are a great duo, and hopefull we'll get to hear more from them in the future!
My score: 9.5/10

Forced entry, the more wenchy, the more stingy I become
Been doing this for more than a quarter century, I'm just numb...
