What is up with PSN? I tried to sign in a couple times and it wouldnt let me.

Btw can you change your PSN name? And if not, how do you create a new one?

You just click create a new account (but of course you'd have to make a new user) and then do the same thing you did when you first signed up.
Make sure to have a new e-mail as well.
