Not referring to the content of yor diet, though you can say what you eat, I mean how often you eat.
Mine are sporadic, some days I'll eat nothing but cereal and cups of yogurt, than the next day I'll binge eat. My schedule isn't even that frantic, just some days my hunger varies, though I'm more often than not well satiated, that I don't feel the need to eat that much.
