"Bad Meets Evil" sounds like a diss to Royce

Bad and Evil mean different things and both off the names are not superior in anyway as the meanings are different. Both have advantages and disadvantages if your gonna base it off which one is better. But like someone said, there switch it up anyways on the EP and did on there earlier work.

on em's verse on "Bad Meets Evit" from the Slim Shady LP he says

He's Evil, and I'm Bad like Steve Segal

I don't think they decided "your're Bad and I'm Evil" unitl recently, 'cause of the "59" B in Bad and the backward E in Evil. But I don't know
