Lol you made that look way more complicated than it is

What you do is this

[flash=420,320]<yourlink>[/flash]

When you copy the YouTube link, erase the "watch" part of it so that it's just http://www.youtube.com/v/<the code at the end of the video>

For example:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xo76ijhUqjE

Take out the "watch?"

http://www.youtube.com/v=xo76ijhUqjE

Change the = into a /

http://www.youtube.com/v/xo76ijhUqjE

Add flash tags

Simple as that.
