how do you guys stay in shape? What's your workout plan? If you run how much? who has the best/worst workout plan?

Mine is easy. No running, idc how big or fat I am really, as long as I have BUFFED up arms, which I do, because everynight I lift 50 pound dumbells 400 times.

I go to the gym 4-5 days a week. Usually do cardio every day I go except on leg day since they are to tired to run after a regular workout.

When I do cardio I run on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes depending on the intensity that I'm running at.
Sometimes I might hop on the step climber instead.

I run the treadmill about 25 minutes, and walk around 5 miles per day (usually ever morning unless I'm busy).

I don't lift anymore, but I'll start up again once I move.
