They didn't take his gun when joe got in the car so hopefully he killed them

I did and I remember how fucking hard it was to. I played it ALOOONNNGGGG time ago though. Was vito the main character in the first?

Nah, you played as taxi driver, his name was Tommy. I haven't played it for a while but when I get my desktop back, I'm downloading it straight from Steam. The first was was pretty good, and yeah, hard as fucking nails I have to agree.
