Nas has the tradition of dropping one garbage album after one or two awesome albums.

Hip Hop is Dead was excellent, Untitled was garbage, Distant Relatives was amazing. Let's hope this one is as good if not better.

lol Untitled was no where near garbage, it's closer to being a classic than even close to garbage. Go on any Nas discussion board or where he has a huge following and they'll tell you it's his best album after Illmatic. That's how highly it's held by his crazy fans.

N1gger (or Untitled) is his biggest core fan base album. Plus, it was an album for African Americans predominantly. You could still enjoy it if you were white, but it as clearly targeted at Blacks.

Lyrically, it was his most pinpoint release since Stillmatic.
The New York Times - "Lloyd Banks may have stealthily become the most important rapper in New York".

Boring title. And given the fact he credited Drake recently and some other cornballs as influences... I get the feeling this is the album that will be broad and, trying to fit in.

I sense autotune, puns galore and tacky drums. RIP Nas.

Hope I'm wrong.
