But like i said, that is my opinion. So people can either like it or lump it. I dont give two fucks what anyone thinks about my opinions. Theirs alot of things that have been said about this ep on this thread but ive not critisised their opinions. Everyone has their own taste. Ive been a fan of eminem fan for as long as i can remember and i love all his albums except one, recovery. And that lighters track just reminds me of that album. But then again, ive based that on that small snippet. I might be wrong, the song could be brilliant. But for what i have heard, I don't like it.

A few listens later, I can say that I do like it, despite his newly adapted awkward flow and sometimes weird delivery that show themselves on a few of the snippets.

Whether or not we'll all still like this 6 months after its release is another story. I was absolutely in love with Not Afraid the first time I heard it. I hope this will be good forever.

I like it even more after hearing the snippets cuz CLEARLY that is the only real fully dedicated jokey song.

@DJDicky, I dunno how Lighters reminds you of Recovery. If any song it reminds me of off that album, it'd be Going Through Changes only cuz it sounds like it'll be a real emotional song. I like how it sounds just by its snippet

Lighters' instrumenal sounds like it samples Mario Party

When the beat drops which is when Em says "There is or there ever will be", it reminds me of something I would hear in Mario Party 4-5. I don't really know how to explain myself...

But, I fucking love it. Makes it really emotional and uplifting. Those 30 seconds were already better than Not Afraid. Looking forward to Lighters and Welcome 2 Hell the most.
