Iused to be fast as hell, it's cuz i'm a telemarketer, and talking all day makes it easier to talk faster and be understood, which helps with rapping fast

i stopped rapping fast tho cuz alot of people said it sounded dumb, and i agree, fast rap is retarded cuz nobody exept you can understand wtf your rapping about

Punch Ins aren't cheating though. Unless it was a contest on breath control...which it's not. Punch ins help delivery and flow immensely. Mac Lethal didn't perform his live so it sounds better than Tonedeff's, so until Tonedeff releases one of studio quality Mac Lethal still wins.
