Living Proof literally sounded no different to me, but Echo sounded slightly better. Em's vocals were a little better. I'm sure when the Deluxe tracks leak, they'll sound better than they do right now from the snippets.

Of course, the idiots here think I am always negative when in fact, I am a very positive Eminem fan. I always hope he will make good music. I remember after Relapse when Eminem was talking about going back to the lab and writing more songs for Relapse 2, and he wrote songs "On Fire" in Hawaii. Then he changed the direction of what was going to be an even better album than Relapse, somehow decided that rapping on Dre beats wasn't the cool thing to do anymore (even though Dre beats are fucking awesome), and decided punchlines WERE.

I know that you're a die hard Em fan by your posts.
But to be serious, i think he's only doing these punchlines because he's surrounded by dudes who do that shit on every song. What else did you expect him to do?
He himself said that he feels like he's in a "Competitive Atmosphere" and if he's competing with them, then he's gonna do punchlines.

And let me ask you this question....Hasn't he improved from 2.0 Boys until now?
He obviously got better. So by the time he makes a new solo album he's gonna be in a better place lyrically.

As of his current voice...I honestly don't think he's changing the voice or shouting or anything else.
We've heard like 11 tracks from the current Em and they ALL have the same voice so that tells me that this voice is his real voice.
Of course, he's gotta control his voice tho.

He's without a doubt better than he was on 2.0 Boys, definitely. It's the best shit since Recovery, and I'm hoping it'll end up being better than Recovery...
