1. Sadistik
Honestly, the only thing holding me back from really liking him is his voice/delivery, maybe he has the perfect delivery for what type of rap niche he's in and can see why some people may like it, but I dunno it's hard listening to some songs of his. Maybe I'm just a fan of deeper rap voices or deliveries and laidback ones. I will say he's a phenemonal lyricist and raps over quality beats, one of the best multi syllabic rhymers, I've ever heard.
2. Possessed
He's innovative with punchlines and takes it to a new level, the song Poison Penmanship was great, and I also liked the song he did with Diabolic, though I feel like a lot of what he raps about is pointless. No, not pretentious, but at times he just throws in random allusions to try and make a clever line, and shit like that annoys me. I wouldn't call him the overall besty lyricist, cause there's many categories that have to be taken into account, but he's one of the best "wordplay" rappers if that makes sense.
3. DZK
I heard a few songs here and there, and he's alright, pretty good with multies, and great at what type of niche he's trying to capture. His delivery is very meh to me, and feels tryhard, I actually like his singing voice though, weird as that sounds. He's not someone I'd listen to on a regular basis though.
4. Diabolic
He's great with multies, but I feel that he bases his entire style around it. And at times they lead him rather than the other way around, meaning he might just say something because it fits with his rhyme scheme. Not to mention I also find him rather monotonous, and his delivery is very meh. (Though we all know how I am with that).
5. Spoonfull
This is an odd one, maybe I'm ignorant or something, but I don't see the appeal to him. I listened to a few songs and, well he's very unique, let's put it that way, but I'm not sure what you guys see in him. His voice is extremely irritating to me, if it's a hurdle that I'm supposed jump over than, I can say haven't yet. Perhaps it's esoteric feeling listening to him and appreciating his music, but he just leaves me scratching my head. Granted, I haven't listened to that many songs of his, but he didn't really leave a good first impression. If you have any songs which may make me a fan, than by all means.
6. Copywrite
A while back I would have called him a wi
gger, but he's alright I guess. He's got a decent delivery, and he's great with multies, I liked his song Tic Toc, and whatever collaborations he did with Sean Price (they need to collab more). I'm listening to a few songs on Youtube, and I could see myself liking him, just haven't given a proper spin.
7. Slug
Gotta be careful with this one because a lot of people like him (even MC likes him), but I haven't really listened to him that much. He's very hard to get into though, maybe it's just my rap taste that isn't that borad yet, and welcoming, but listening to some songs wasn't easy. I did like his performance on Bleeding Hearts Club with POS, maybe if they collab more, I'd somehow get to appreciate his style.
8. Prince Ea
This is the only rapper that I'd probably shit on in your top 10, but this decribes my feeling of him perfectly, but it's boring sugarcoating everything right? So here goes
I don't like half-assed boring "personal/opinionated" rappers who think they immediately qualify as interesting or good for this fact. I'd rather listen to the Wu Tang anyday over some faux intellectual prick who thinks talking about being intellectual supercedes good beats and interesting delivery skills.
RIP to whoever wrote that.
9. Vinnie Paz
He's probably the one I like the most in your top 10, though I'm basing everything off SIKIH, the production on that album was phenomenal, and had some of my favorite samples.
I liked his performance of SIKIH actually, though I do agree his rhyme scheme is very repetitive. He might be a decent multi syllabic rapper, but he pretty much repeats the same patterns which is very cookie cutter, while artists like Nas who aren't as talented in terms of multies have much better structured rhyme schemes. I also feel he was actually filled with passion in that album, though not to the level of Ghostface on Fishscales, maybe his voice is just rugged, and makes it come across as angry/impassioned.
10. Bekay
Haven't listened to him and don't feel like typing a paragraph of bullshit, even though you can make a case that every breakdown here was bs.]
