I think that's what it originally meant, but now it's normally used to describe someone who discriminates against gay people. So it's kind of the same as the word racist, except about gay people instead of black (etc.) people.

Honestly, I don't like Eminem, never have. His lyrics are misogynistic and abusive towards women...but that is only my opinion. I once had a date leave me in the car to get something out of his house. He left Eminem on in the car....I never dated him again. Not because of Eminem, but b/c this dude obviously had no idea what he was rapping about and if he did, I didn't want to date a dude that thought lyrics like that were cool. As far as Gaga goes, I am sure she will not be offended, but may be pleased to be referenced.
