I'm with you, I've grown up with white kids who in our circle of friends are about 2 or 3 when there's 20 or 30 of us Blacks and Latinos, and they say it and it's all good.

The problem is when certain people have a problem with not being allowed to say it generally. In my personal experiences black people have been A LOT more racist then white people. Why? Maybe because some people stereotype white people as being racist? I know I can hardly walk to the street without having people call me a "white boy".

As for the employer situation you pointed out Free Speech that sadly happens from both black and white employers. To people constantly bringing up slavery is annoying. Did it happen? Yes, the point is you where not a slave and I was not a slave master.

Who brings up slavery? When was the last time you heard any thing about a black person calling a white person as being responsible for slavery?
