Upon the Surface

This is probably the 2nd time I hear Spoonfull and probably the 4th or 5th time I've heard Sadistik. And I must say that Spoonfull's style is more unique. His verse felt haunting yet smooth as well. His delivery is awesome, and his flow actually makes me want to bop my head. Sadistik reminds me of J. Cole, his delivery sounds as aggressive. I like this verse the most out of all the ones I've heard. I think this beat's heavenly feel made me like this track so much. I think I need to give Spoonfull a spin.

Savior Self

Is the first guy CasOne? first time hearing most of these dudes, and I'm not impressed tbh, well their verses were good but it doesn't make me want to go search their names in google and download all their music. But this collab was dope, mostly because of Sadistik, and that first guy's verse as well as the last verse. I liked the first verse the most though, his emotion was best on the track. This beat is really smooth, I gotta say, the one best thing about Sadistik is his beats.

Never mind what I said ^

I spent the afternoon doing exactly the opposite to what I said. Eyedea is one of the most impressive emcees I've ever heard of. Just his freestyling game and his ability to flow lines so unpredictably, alone makes him one of the best emcees. I watched a couple of his battles and his 'wake up show' freestyle with Slug, and my god what a rhyming machine. This guy literally has the best rhyming there is to date (so what if his dead? who the hell is ever gonna come close? I thought "Juice" was dope).

His song 'Even Shadows Have Shadows' had me lost for words. I was trying to figure out if he wasn't a cyborg. The way he flows is just incredibly different, I seriously can't believe Eyedea is THAT good. And for those that think freestyling isn't that important, it is. If you can rhyme that good off the top, it's pretty evident that you are the god of rhyming when you write. I'm embarrassed, this guy makes most rappers rhyme schemes and flows seem just ridiculously simple. (yes this is the birth of my new transformation that will take part in the next couple months of my life).

You definitely should. But first check out his battles, his best known for that, apparantly his never lost a battle or something. In the meanwhile check out this freestyle he did with Slug.




Were gonna have to wait for diction, block and satire to jump start us on his tracks though.

I just listened to By The Throat and I was honestly blown away by his phrasing and word choice. I don't really see how his rhymes are that good though

That's what I meant by his rhymes. It's unpredictable and with his flow it makes it sound weird as fuck, yet this is what makes him sound so unique. I think his charisma and energy is even better.
