I dont want lighters are single. Seriously its just going to attract wrong type of people we want buying this ep. All we will get is more love the way you lie type fans.

I want The Reunion it would be dope seeing the story in visual form and what they come up with.

Hmmm, Lighters is a perfectly fine song, and a potential top 10 hit as a single. There's absolutely nothing wrong in attracting the "wrong" people. Think about it, people who like the song may start listening to other Em stuff and become fans.

It's a win/win situation.

Sorry to tell you but 95% of people who bought love the way you lie just buy singles they never listned to hole album.

I should know my sister even has that song but never listens to any other eminem songs like me.

Wrong type of people we're wanting to buy this EP? Why would we care who buys it...the more people who buy it, the better. If people hear 'Lighters', buy the album and then pop the CD in their car and hear 'Welcome 2 Hell', I'm all for it. Especially if it gets them interested in that style.

I'm sure the same thing happened when people heard LTWYL and popped the CD in only to hear 'Cold Wind Blows'

Lighters has been released in the UK, 18 hours ago.

It's still not top 100 on iTunes, whilst Love the Way You Lie was in the top 20 after 18 hours.

I think Lighters will do better in the US than the UK though, but judging by this it won't go straight to #1 like LTWYL.

Oh yeah. I guess. Like they might look at the US release date and assume it's for everywhere.

Part of me wants it to be successful, because I think it could get more people to check out the EP, and it'd be fantastic for Royce too.

On the other hand, I do like Lighters, but there's other songs I'd prefer to see released as a single, so maybe if it does really badly, they might change their mind.

We'll see what happens I guess. There's pros and cons both ways.

People really have to stop (I'm so sorry for what I'm about to say, I hate the word as much as you do) hating on Bruno Mars. Yeah he's the guy who made Just The Way You Are, but he's also the guy who made Liquor Store Blues. He's got a great ass voice. And everyone who says they don't want Lighter's to be big is out of their mind. Royce really really REALLY deserves recognition. Let him have it. And I understand that this song will attract more teeny-bopper girls who think that it's his only good song beside Love the Way You Lie, but it will also attract many more legitimate fans. Some may get into his albums, and then into his old stuff. His old stuff will lead them to quality old school/ underground rap which is a big win for hip-hop. A fan is a fan. Lighter's will be an anthem, no way of getting around it.
