Her songs like poker face, just dance, paparazzi or born this way could perfectly be submitted to someone like britney spears, kylie monigue, kesha or katy perry. Musically speaking, she's not bringing anything new that we haven't already heard about before. As i said, it's her image and videos what makes her who she really is. But she's doing mainstream pop/dance music...

Her image helps her truly, but if you are untalented no one will give a fuck about you, no matter how many frogs are on your dress. Persons not seeing how great The Fame was either don't know much about music or they hate Pop/Dance. Songs like Poker Face and Bad Romance are milestones/classics of that genre. Those tracks submittted to the cited artists? Sure, let's submit Lose Yourself, The Way I Am, Not Afraid to Lil Wayne and look how much bigger he would have been. You must be able to create your music, it's not like Gaga is getting submitted every single word.
