I wouldn't say its better than the whole album but it shouldn't have been a BONUS track, it should have been part of the regular album.

(for me it's Hailies Song not Drips that's the worst song on the album, but more people relate to Drips being bad)

IMO it is, i'd listen to Encore before I listened to it. I find that song corny as fuck & just as bad as shit pop songs. Couldn't believe Eminem actually made a song like that when I first heard it.

I would definitely put it among the top tracks and I guess you saying that speaks to the quality of the album. I feel like if some of the bonus tracks replaced a couple of the albums weaker songs, this album would have been flawless.

And I don't really mind Hailies song occasionally and drips isn't that bad.
