For me it's easily 2Pacalypse Now. If you can attempt to look past the shocking sound quality of the album, it's him at his most focused and powerful material released, his narratives on the album are so vivid and the way he depicts the struggle of the people in the streets is perfect because it comes from a man so sincere. Hip hop at this point was all about where it came from in terms of region, if this album was made by a NY artist where hip hop was known more for it's consciousness, this album would be recognized amongst the likes of "It takes a nation". This album is as pivotal as any Public Enemy album ever made.

Also NONE of his posthumous albums are his albums with the exception for The Don Killuminati which was all intended released material.
The New York Times - "Lloyd Banks may have stealthily become the most important rapper in New York".

Me Against The World is his most emotionally deep album and his least self contradictory, because you know Pac...

Ok, I listened to the three albums, and I'll be honest. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed like 90% of all songs.

I still think he's not one of the best to ever do it, lyrically wise.
