18 is actually a late start but what confuses me is how could he become so good in 3 years.

Is 18 really that late? Hell I started like two months before I turned 18, so...

Didn't it take Em nearly 10 years or so to get where he was by the SSLP? I know he started rapping at 14, right?

I started when I turned 18 as well, but yeah it kinda is. Most people usually start around 14-15. Em started at 14 and he's said that he was becoming good 3 years later and that's when he decided that he wanted to pursue a rap career.

People take flow like something unacheivable, try writing some lyrics over the given beat, you can "create" the flow in an instant. It has never been a problem for me.

That's crazy. Well if Royce had the determination and skill to get where he was in 3 years, then hard work pays off either way. Wasn't Hopsin real young too? The guy's 26 this year.
