I'm sure it is more explicit for violent content like the last verse. I wouldn't be surprised if there is nudity but I don't think that is the main focus.
I hope it does come out soon though, Recovery is a year old now. I have a feeling this might be one of his best videos since Stan though. It is a storyline driven song, which in my opinion, is Eminem's best content most of the time.
