Which album should I buy/get...

Atmosphere

Jay-Z
Obie trice
Apathy
Brother hung lynch

I'm looking for a good reply value type album or just a decent album overall...
Unless theres a Must have album that I dont know about.

I like Relapse/Refill for example, looking for a kinda same type of album unless Relapse 2 comes out  Doubtful tho. I like Shady shit too, mostly MMLP, SSLP and also some of his so-called mixtapes like Off the wall. 50 cent is great with hooks and some songs are good. Kanye West's LR is very good and like his production which he is awesome with that.

I got Eminem (all) , Game (the Doc.) , 50 cent (the Massacre and BISD, Kanye West (The Late Reg.) and D12 (2 of em) also Hopsin (2 of em) Maybe you can get an idea what my type is which I dont really know my type exactly but u can ask me and Ill explain more about it.

Some on the list I have never heard of but know about them. Sometime Ill just grip an album and end up liking the album except BISD, few good songs but the album wasn't good or even close to GRODT (I have listen to it but I dont have it)

Thank you for taking your time...

Albums to buy:
The Rising Tied- Fort Minor-underrated album. Mixture of Rock and Rap.
All 6's and 7's- Tech n9ne- one word FIRE
My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy- Kanye West- if you like the dude, its different but really nice.
Rehab- Lecrae-AMAZING christian rapper. Great album.

Albums to get:
Man Vs Machine Xzibit- style very similar to Shady family
Ultimate Victory/ Sound of Victory- Chammilionare- good melodies
Word of Mouf- Ludacris. What you'd expect from the name.
Distant Relatives Nas And Damien Marley- the most different but good reggae influence.

I avoided trying to recommend underground albums as i'm knowledge deficient in that department. :sweating:

All 6's and 7's and Distant Relatives have a lot, lot, lot of replay value. Especially Distant Relatives.

Just spent a whole minute trying to figure out why posts made at the beginning of last month are at the top of the page :facepalm

For Atmosphere, check out God Loves Ugly or You Can't Imagine How Much Fun We're Having. They have pretty good replay value!

Be warned, if your new still relatively new to rap then Tech is nearly impossible to understand. At least he was for me.

Keep it coming :worship:

I can't download them for free, I buy from itunes and stores unless for mixtapes, look under datpiff.com

I'm not really new to rap, I've been listening to rap for few years but I'm looking for more artist to get into.

Not to be racist or nothing but I'm looking for more white rappers then Marsh, cause I want to hear what they are like or are they really good like eminem but I mostly doubt it. Hopsin is good but not that close.

I heard asher, Mac miller and they are good, I'm not sure about yelawolf, he seems eh.

Just like to look for more rap artist to get into.

Make up your mind, are you "looking for more rappers to get into" or "more white rappers"? White rappers don't have a certain sound, and neither do black rappers. Just listen to the damn music...

sure you can...download yourself a program that can handle rar files and search around google for the albums you want. Put "megaupload" or "grouprip" or "fileserve" next to the album title and the download links will pop up

let me know if you need that program to handle rar files
if you use mac, i suggest "unrarx"
if you use windows, i suggest "tugzip"
those are the ones i use

its the age of free music, take advantage of it

I'm sorry for the confusion, guys. :facepalm

I am looking for "more rappers to get into"

I have RAW by Hopsin

As for:

Atmosphere, check out God Loves Ugly or You Can't Imagine How Much Fun We're Having.
(Im debating on getting Atmosphere)

The Rising Tied- Fort Minor-underrated album. Mixture of Rock and Rap.
(I saw a mixtape of it on datpiff and I believe its one of the members from Linkin' park and I like them, only the first album, other albums are ehh)

All 6's and 7's- Tech n9ne- one word FIRE
(I heard of him but I know he says big words or try to put em together as he spit)

My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy- Kanye West- if you like the dude, its different but really nice.
(I heard it is good but most of the member think his old ones are better)

Rehab- Lecrae-AMAZING christian rapper. Great album.
(I never heard of this guy and a christian rapper ha, thats interesting)

Albums to get:
Man Vs Machine Xzibit- style very similar to Shady family
(I have Don't Approach me and its one of my favorite track from X and Em, but not as good as Say My Name but the nate dogg hook is sweet)

Ultimate Victory/Sound of Victory- Chammilionare- good melodies
(I heard some of his mixtape and they are really good)

Word of Mouf- Ludacris. What you'd expect from the name.
(I dont know how he is but I see him in mad movies ha)

Distant Relatives Nas And Damien Marley- the most different but good reggae influence.
(Thats interesting, I love Bob Marley's Legend and I never really listen to Nas music)

Slimsoxshady - I have a Mac and Just don't want it to mess up my computer or I'm thinking of PC cause of Viruses/hackers.

I like to thanks Momentsgolden for the good list and taking your time. I dont mean to get you frustrated, Genepeer, I'm sorry for that and thanks for telling me about Atmosphere. :sweating:

You're not going to get viruses from downloading music, almost any album you're looking for can be found doing what slimsox said (you can also add "mediafire" at the end, I always do that first when looking for a album to download) I never once got a virus from downloading music & this is coming from someone with around 6000 songs on his computer.
