I think it'd honestly be a close one myself. Kanye and Jay-Z compliment each other very well and have really worked together for a long time. I'd honestly say it was about a tie.

And lmfao at whoever said BME was the best duo of all time. Mobb Deep, Black Star, Method Man and Redman, and the legendary Eric B and Rakim all potentially curbstomp Bad Meets Evil so far.
