'The Way I Am'

Never was a HUGE fan of this song, not saying I thought it was bad. I knew it was one of his best, but it wouldn't be something I always listened to...until I heard it while blown today.

Every fucking bar in this song, ever fucking line is like a spear through the hearts of his critics. :y:
Dude had something to say back then. He TRULY had to be heard. It was like he was a troll and the critics kept feeding him and he just spit it back at them. :wub:

The Way I Am, Lose Yourself, Sing For The Moment, Till I Collapse, Rabbit Run, 8 Mile, Rock Bottom. I can`t decide between those songs. I would say Lose Yourself, but it is hard to choose.

I loved his anger in that song. He was pissed as FUCK and you can tell, his live performance he even looked pissed.

But for me, it'd be between, SFTM, Lose Yourself, Rock Bottom, or Way I Am.

Second favorite MMLP song, definitely in my top 10, the anger in it is fucking amazing. Considering how much of an angry person I am explains why I like it so much.

Yeah this is like.. A lot of people knew him from his first singles where he was clowning around with a catchy hook and a dope beat. But when he dropped The Way I am.. I'm sure some people changed their opinion on him.

Plus that beat is AWESOME, haunting.

It's probably my least favorite track off SSLP, but it's never mentioned here, I don't think it's "overrated".

I absolutely love it, I think it's perfect, the real lyrics, chilled flow and delivery, beat, Dina Rae's vocals are all just amazing. :flutter:
