I dont know about others but Difficult is most definitely Eminem himself...it sounds like his type of beat and I doubt he would let anyone else produce such a song...

Edit: SR produced the Jazmine Sullivan song Fame from which the chorus is taken from, but how do we know he produced THIS beat?

Cocaine isn't a sample from Fame, its the same beat. I bet originally if released, it would only be released the Eminem version. As it is, 'Fame' remains unreleased.
