that is a horrible misconception too,i would like for you to back that up with a sufficient amount of evidence?

Eminem wrote:To turn the corner so he can corner ya, you're a goner, he's onto ya
Out the corner of his cornea, he just saw ya run

onto you
cornea
saw you run

shouldn't rhyme. but w/ the accent he pronounces 'on' more like how it would be pronounced in "pony" rather than the 'aww'-ish sound. this way it can rhyme with "corn". he does the same was "saw", making it sound more like "so" rather than the "aww" sound. i know there are more rhymes in those lines but this is example enough.

the "ya" part could have rhymed anyway w/o an accent. there is more of this throughout the album, though i agree it may not be to the same extent as he used to do this. it still happens a considerable amount throughout Relapse, though. Maybe less so since then, but there are some interesting ones...

What's the alternate explanation? Eminem accidentally wrote lyrics with words that would rhyme with very slight dialect changes? Eminem meant to change the pronunciation when he rapped his lyrics, but forgot when he got in the booth? Eminem has a ghost-writer who intended for him to change the pronunciation, but Eminem was clueless?

Yeah this is true... he did sometimes bend words but mostly, he did a lot of half-rhymes and rhymed the 'sounds' of words rather than just the basic syllables...

This is one of the keys I believe to why he always sounds so smooth and natural. A lot of rappers, especially golden age, sounded stiff and robotic as they just rhymed words which rhymed flat-out or they wrote contrived sentences to fit rhymes in.
