pac has way better delivery vocie and flow, his lyrics (Words-messages) are way better, only thing budden is ahead in is punchlines and rhyming

Voice and flow can be debated and I wouldn't begrudge anyone saying Tupac was better in those aspects but lyrically? Come on, Budden is clearly a better lyricist. I think when you put "words-messages" in brackets you're meaning more "emotional, story-telling ability" which is a lot more conceivable.
