Em needs to retire

Even if he doesn't want to, he needs to. He's ruining his legacy. When he finally does retire, people are gonna look back and see what? Recovery. And shitty singles like LTWYL and Not Afraid. I hope for the sake of his career that he retires soon. Luckily, he has the golden gem, Lose Yourself, to back him up, but that's it. Lets imagine Em releases another album, it's NEVER gonna touch a masterpiece like TES, so what's the point of continuously releasing albums? If he stops now, other albums he may release won't cloud over SSLP, MMLP, & TES. That's just my opinion. What do you guys think? :coffee:

Why should he keep going after making TES? Cause he never made music to make a masterpiece. He makes music because he enjoys making music.

Fuck his career or placement in history. He should stop making music when he loses the urge. Not when some kid stops liking his music

Eminem shouldn't retire, you should just reconsider being a eminem fan if he is so horrible.

Haha I was going to point that out but you beat me to it. Yes, he might not be the same as before but he should not retire and continue collaborating and make another album whether people like it or not.

Well if he retires now then his legacy will be saved. You never know he probably has maybe 2, maybe 3 more albums he'd like to release which are probably going to get worse.

I never said he's horrible, I'm just saying that his music is slowly getting worse. Everyone on this forum has admitted it. I don't want him to keep making albums like Recovery, and he all know his future albums are going to be anything but "illmatic".

I never stopped liking his music. Em should definitely consider retirement, and by the time he loses the urge his music will already be garbage so there's no point in continuing to make music.

Eminem says he will make music until he loses his passion, which, to be honest, I don't see in the near future.

Telling him to quit making music because of his legacy, HIS legacy, is just disrespecting the man.

He still makes good music, and if you wanna be apart of the group that says he isn't ill anymore because he doesn't sound like he used to, then you shouldn't be here.

Let him make music, and if you like it, let yourself listen to it. If you don't like it, don't listen to it. Simple as
