My views on HTT

Not bad, very enjoyable. But, it really isn't a good coherent album. Yes, it's an album, just calling it an EP doesn't change that. Overall, it was eh.

Welcome 2 Hell: Cool. Some nice lines. 0 substance/storyline.
Fast Lane: Bumped in my car for weeks, one of the standouts. A banger.
The Reunion: Best song of the album. great storytelling, perfect for what it is. It's a 10/10 FOR WHAT IT IS, it isn't meant to be a crazy classic song like Lose Yourself. Prime Em.
Above The Law: Dope, Em sounds hungry, so does Royce. Shame it's so short.
I'm On Everything/A Kiss: Both very very forgettable. Some funny lines, but the annoying beats make me feel like I'll never really listen to them. Weak.
Lighters/Take From Me: Both were great concepts on paper that failed to deliver. I don't mind Bruno, but he didn't fit with the song. Royce was so weak, especially that hairy box line :facepalm Neither of these songs will get much if any replay from me.
Loud Noises: Eh. Boring. Bullshit flex raps. I wouldn't be suprised if I never listened again.

Basically, eh. Dope, but nothing special at all. TBH I wasn't even THAT hyped for it, it didn't really disappoint but The Reunion was the only song that left me impressed.

You should make a thread in the Backstage with your thoughts on cats having interspecies sex, also.

I've stopped listening to H:TS altogether already. Just too boring and painful. I used to think most of the songs were "good but not great", but even that didn't last long.

It wasn't supposed to be a good listen, really. They said repeatedly that they didn't make it with plans to put it out, it was just for fun.

I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

Pretty much this.

Welcome To Hell is the only song that still gets played by me now.

My views:
Welcome 2 Hell: One of the best tracks 10/10

Fast Lane: You are right, it is a banger and probably the song I replayed the most. 10/10

The Reunion: Perfect track to represent BME. 9/10

Above The Law: Dope track, love the hook 9/10

I'm On Everything: 7/10 I really didn't like this song but it did have some dope parts in it.

A Kiss: Ehh it was a good song but like you said, I probably won't listen to it as much as other songs*
7/10

Lighters: Along with Fast Lane, another track I am and will in future constantly come back to listen to. I love Bruno part and even though it doesn't belong on the Ep and should have been a bonus track, it is excellent. Royce was def. weak and kinda ruined the song. This song is suppose to get spotlight on him and he spits a garbage verse. 8/10

Take From Me: Very good song, Royce verse was hot 9/10

Loud Noises: Beat grew on me, when it first came out, I was annoyed by the beat. Royce did horrible imo along with every other member of Slaughterhouse except Crooked I. Eminem was alright. Crooked I>Eminem>Ortiz>Royce>Budden 7/10

BONUs Tracks:
Living Proof: 6/10 I just didn't enjoy it as much as others.

Echo: Should have been on the EP instead of Lighters but won't make that much of a difference to people. This song is one of my favorites.. along with Fast Lane and Lighters, its a song that is a easy 10/10 for me.

Overall: Awesome for a EP, of course it is short, would have been better if released as album with more tracks even if it came out later. I give it a 10/10 even though not every song got a rating of 10/10 but I don't feel like getting into that.

Get back with us on the subject after you listen to the album more than two times :smoking:
