Something about those lines are just awesome to me.

That bit for me also. The whole bit from 'tell Katy Perry' to 'don't give a damn..' sounds amazing. His flow matches the drum beat perfectly.

He did it on Session One "pull over like a sweatshirt with a hood (ohh)"
He did it after the accent line too
You can also hear it after the "water sprinklers/love the hoes" line
Then the Gaga line as you mentioned

Just listen carefully, you can here the "ohh!" faintly after each of these lines. I noticed it only with my headphones though
