Nothing HUGE, I just always disliked that part because I thought it was one syllable rhyming. Now that you saw that, 1) Had you noticed that before? And 2) Do you think he intentionally did that?

I think people get far too carried away with this. 'Shit' doesn't rhyme with 'mis'. Say it aloud, even change the way the words are supposed to sound as much as you can, they don't even sound alike. This is a one-syllable rhyme.

Doesn't matter. You're not supposed to compare them one syllable at a time, lol. "Shit hook" very clearly rhymes with "mistook".. shouldn't even be debatable.
Further though, the rhyme is actually the whole "bullshit hook"/"you mistook".
