You asked for my love,
I gave you my love.
You asked for my trust,
I gave you my trust.
You asked for a shoulder to cry on,
I gave you a shoulder to cry on.
You asked for forgiveness,
I have you forgiveness.
I asked for your love,
You used me.
I asked you not to lie,
Yet you manipulated and lied.
I asked you not to hurt me,
Yet you tore my heart in two.
When I realized all these things, I wanted to ask "why?"
But now I'm glad we've parted and said our Goodbye's.
