Chris Webber isnt the dude they're talking about. Everyone should know who that is. He's the guy who did the infamous play late in the ncaa finals game where he called a timeout when his team didnt have any left which results in a technical foul and it cost his team a championship. Thats known as probably the dumbest play in all of sports. He also was an allstar nba player on the kings for awhile.

Chris Webby is just some alright white rapper who I think is known for doing a lot of singing in his songs. I havent really messed with his stuff so other than that I dont know much about him.

Yeah Chris Webby & Chris Webber are two different people.
